1. Please select the classes and dates you wish to book and add as many classes as you wish to your online shopping basket. Please note that these classes are not reserved for you at this stage and that they may be booked by another member before you submit them for payment (i.e. press the "Pay" link). Your basket will remember your chosen classes for 30 minutes before your final click on the "Pay" button commits you to the purchase.
2. Please be careful to check details of the courses in your "Basket" before pressing "Pay". When you press the "Pay" button, you are deemed to have booked yourself firmly on those classes and owe the Actors Centre the money for the total fees.
3. When you have clicked the Book & Pay button, you will be passed to the secure WorldPay link to pay for your course(s) using your credit card. This process should be seen through to completion. When you have paid, the courses will show that they have been paid for in you private member account page. If you press the "Cancel" button at any point in the WorldPay processing screens, the payment will not go through and teh booking will be cancelled and it will not show as having been booked on your private member's page. This means it is free for someone else to book and you will not owe money for it. If you do not complete the Worldpay process and simply leave the screen or close it or your PC crashes, then you have still committed to pay for the course and you will be charged probably by a call from a member of booking staff. The money owed will be presented in the outstanding balance shown on your private member's page. Any unpaid funds showing on that page will prevent you attending any courses at the Actors Centre until cleared in full.
